Bonuses
All bonuses are discretionary but we understand the value of compensating contributors fairly.
Bonuses are given out quarterly.
PTO
PTO is accrued over time and given for holidays and milestones. We also have unlimited paid sick leave.
We understand the importance of minimizing burnout for long-term well-being and performance.
