If you refer a candidate that is hired and passes the probationary period (90-120 days), you will be given a one-time payment of 5% of their given yearly salary (e.g. If you successfully refer a candidate that is given a 100,000USD yearly salary you will be given 5,000USD).
The candidate who is applying is responsible for letting us know who referred them.
